Q. How much notice do I need to give for my order?
A. We recommend that you place your order at least a week in advance so we can book your spot for your preferred date. This will also give us enough time to prepare and bake your cupcakes with utmost care and attention to detail. For larger events like weddings, corporate functions, or catering orders we recommend giving us as much notice as possible. We will work tirelessly to create a cupcake display that is tailored to your unique style and vision.

However, we understand that unexpected events and last-minute needs can arise, and we're always here to help. If you find yourself in a bind, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request based on our availability, and ensure that your cupcakes are as delicious and beautiful as ever.

Q. What is the shelf life of my cupcakes and how do I store them?
A. For optimal taste and texture, it is recommended to consume the cupcake within a period of 2 to 3 days. It's best left at room temperature in an airtight container as refrigeration may dry out the cupcakes. If refrigerated, allow the cupcake to rest at room temperature for 20 to 30 minutes to restore its softness before consumption.
 
Q. Do you offer delivery or only pickup?
A. We normally only do pick up but can offer delivery to a select few areas surrounding Adelaide CBD. Please contact us if you're wanting to arrange delivery somewhere.

Q. Can I customize my cupcakes with specific decorations or designs?
A: Absolutely! We offer a wide range of customization options, including specific colors, and designs. Please let us know what you have in mind, and we'll do our best to bring your vision to life. 

Q. Do you cater to dietary restrictions?
A: Unfortunately, we are not currently able to accommodate dietary restrictions such as gluten-free, vegan, or non-dairy options. Our cupcakes may contain dairy, cocoa, eggs, gluten, wheat, nuts, and food colouring. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hope to expand our offerings in the future.
